Today Epic offer a wide range of added value services. We aim to offer a service that complements your organisations expertise. This may range from simply delivering the product, removing unwanted packaging and redundant equipment to the provision, installation and commissioning of a complete network solution.

Epic provides a range of support options ranging from telephone and remote support to on site warranty provided by our service division Epic On Call. Your choice of service will depend on many factors - our aim is always to provide the support that meets your needs.
