All calls are answered promptly whereupon you will be asked for the serial number of the PC, Laptop or Server you are asking for support on. By entering the serial number into our system our technicians can immediately bring up a complete parts list on screen and be fully equipped to answer your query.

Every call is logged and monitored on our system - all outstanding calls will be monitored by our service manager to ensure your problem is answered and the call closed off.
